摘要

罹患慢性老人的生命態度及生活滿意度是值得探討的。本研究目的在：瞭解罹患慢性病老人之個人基本資料對其生命態度的影響，分析罹患慢性病老人其基本資料、生命態度、生活依賴度、社會支持與生活滿意度之關係預測情形。來自五所綜合醫院65歲以上，經醫師診斷有兩年以上慢性病老人，共631位樣本，透過老人填答或訪員談後代填結構式問卷來收集資料，以單因數多變項變異數分析、相關係數及逐步迴歸進行資料分析。結果顯示：(1)罹患慢性病老人已婚、有家人同住、經濟好、健康好，則其生命態度顯著越正；(2)罹患慢性病老人已婚、越有人共同居住、經濟狀況越好、健康狀況越好、生命態度越正向、生活越獨立、社會支持越強，其生活滿意度顯著越高；(3)社會支持、生命態度、自覺經濟狀況、自覺健康狀況，可預測其生活滿意度，總解釋變異量爲59%。護士應加強對老人的瞭解關切，提供老人預防保健服務，全面規劃老人的安養照顧及提昇老人護理的養成教育。

It is valuable to study the life attitude and life satisfaction of elderly with chronic disease. The purposes of this study were: to understand differences in life attitude of elderly with chronic disease by demographic data, to analyze the relationship and prediction of life satisfaction with life attitude, dependence, social support, and demographic data. People over 65 years old, who were outpatients in one of five general hospitals and had had chronic disease for more than two years, were sampled by convenient sampling. A questionnaire and SPSSPC software were used for data collection and data analysis. The results showed: (1)In elderly with chronic disease who were married, lived with family, havd good income and good health, life attitude was significantly more positive. (2)In elderly with chronic disease who were married, lived with family, had good income, good health, more positive life attitude, more independence of living and more social support, life satisfaction was significantly better. (3)Social support, life attitude, economic status, and health status explained 59% of the total variance in life satisfaction for elderly with chronic disease. Nurses should increase their understanding and caring of the elderly, provide health promotion for the elderly, plan the care and management of the elderly holistically, and promote education for care of elderly.
