青少年產婦母性角色的經驗

摘要

研究採質性研究方法，目的在于探討青少年產婦母性角色的經驗，以懷孕37週以上、自然生產、無合併症的青少年產婦為收案對象，共計十一位16-19歲的青少年產婦于產後6週接受訪談，應用半結構式訪談方式，讓受訪者敍述其產後期母性經驗，運用現場錄音記錄訪談內容，以內容分析法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示：青少年產後期母性經驗的構成要素有四：(l)育兒的不确定感；(2) 對育兒現況的不滿意感；(3)勝任度低的母性行為；(4)高緊張度的母性表現；本研究結果可使護理人員更深入瞭解青少年產婦產後期母性角色的經驗，作為照顧之參考。

A qualitative method was used in this study. The purpose of the study was to explore adolescent women’s experiences of the maternal role in postpartum. Eleven participants were obtained by purposive sampling of 16-19 year old adolescent women, and were interviewed on the 42nd day. The participants had given birth at over 37 weeks by natural spontaneous delivery without complications. Data collection was by tape-recorded semi-structured interviews in which participants described their experiences. Content analysis was used in the study. Intercoder reliability and content validity were examined to monitor the rigorousness of the methodology. The findings showed that the experiences of maternal role of adolescent women consisted of four elements: (1) uncertainty about bringing up the child; (2) dissatisfaction with their situation; (3) low competence of maternal behavior; (4) high tension concerning the maternal role. The findings of this study help nurses better understand the experience and provide some direction to assist adolescent women in motherhood adaptation and postpartum.
