Tuberculosis is a disease well known for its highly variable clinical presentation and thus difficulty to diagnose. We report an interesting case of a patient admitted due to fever of unknown origin and intractable seizures. Soft tissue uptake of a bone-seeking-agent was seen in the lungs, stomach and bil. hip region. Tuberculosis was later diagnosed after bone marrow culture.
