丁二烯之選擇性氫化反應

Selective Hydrogenation of Butadiene Mixtures

摘要


本文為探討Pd/Al2O3觸媒,進行丁二烯/丁烯混合物之氫化反應,以瞭解操作變數對於丁二烯轉化率及各產物選擇率之影響,包括(一)氫氣/烯烴之比例;(二)反應空間流速效應;(三)反應溫度,關於丁二烯氫化之主要反應途徑,一併加以說明。本研究模擬商業化工場之操作範圍,且以工場提供之物流作為進料,並以連續式絕熱固定床反應器進行氫化反應測試,由反應測試之數據顯示,欲進行丁二烯/丁烯混合物之選擇性氫化反應,較佳之氫氣/丁二烯之比例為1.2 ~ 1.4;反應空間流速之提高利於單烯烴產物選擇率之提昇;於適當之氫氣/丁二烯比例下,反應溫度之提高俾益於丁二烯轉化率及單烯烴之產率。丁二烯氫化之反應途徑,其初中間產物分別為1-丁烯及順-2-丁烯,反-2-丁烯為1-丁烯之異構化產物,丁烷則為終產物。

This study investigates the influence of operating conditions on the performance of Pd/Al2O3 catalyst in the selective hydrogenation of butadiene/butene mixtures. The major operating variables include H2/butadiene ratio, space velocity and reaction temperature, which conditions are similar to those of industrial plant. In this article, the experiments were conducted in the continuous adiabatic fixed-bed reactor, wherein the feedstock being supplied from naphtha cracking unit. It was found that the yield of mono-olefins increases as H2/butadiene ratio being 1.2 ~1.4 and higher value of space velocity. While the higher reaction temperature favors the butadiene conversion and the yield of mono-olefins. Furthermore, the reaction-path of butadiene hydrogenation is discussed. It was supposed that the first intermediate is 1-butene and cis-2-butene respectively, and the trans-2-butene being the product of 1-butene isomerization. The butane is the final product.
