活性白土處理BTX油料之研究

摘要


BTX油料含有微量之不飽和烴,可經由白土塔吸附處理,將不飽和烴含量降至製程容許的範圍以下,以抑制製程換熱設備之死角產生積污,防止製程之分篩或觸媒中毒。以BTX油料方法,測試活性白土對不飽和烴的吸附性能,可得知活性白土的吸附速率常數,及吸附速率常數衰退的公式。根據這兩項資料可作為判斷活性白土,對不飽和烴的吸附強度及持久性之依據。

The BTX feedstock in a xylene separation unit usually contains trace of unsaturated hydrocarbons. This stream could be treated with active acid clay to remove the unsaturated impurities. Without this treatment the unsaturated hydrocarbons will foul heat exchange equipments and poison catalysts or adsorbents. In this study the BTX feedstock was used to test the adsorption ability of active acid clay. From the kinetic results the adsorption rate constants and decay of adsorption rate constants were derived. These two parameters could be used for estimation of the durability of the active acid operated in the plant.
