加熱爐爐管清洗劑之研發與應用

The development & application of furnace convection tube cleaner

摘要


對石油煉製業而言,能源的消耗占操作成本的五成以上,因此如何提昇加熱爐熱效率以節約能源是企業操作改善的重要議題,而本研究是提升加熱爐對流區換熱效率的相關研究。 由於燃料油內含有硫份、鎳、釩等雜質,燃燒後會產生硫化物或飛灰沉積物而沉積於爐管表面,造成對流區熱傳效果降低的問題。針對此問題,本研究開發爐管清洗劑,實際進行對流區的清洗工程,以達到提升對流區熱效率的目的。本研究中爐管清洗劑的開發是利用實驗計劃法進行產品配方的設計,藉由理論基礎求得最適化的產品組成後;再經現場實際的試用評估,亦確認產品在節約能源上的效能。

The expense of energy consumption is more than half of the operation cost in refinery. Therefore, how to increase the thermal efficiency of furnace is an important issue in reducing the operation cost. Some impurities in fuel oil, such as S, Ni… after burning will form deposits on the surface of convection tube. These deposits will decrease thermal efficiency. The purpose of this work is to develop a cleaner to efficiently remove the deposit from the surface of convention tube to improve its thermal efficiency. Design of experiments is used to study the effects of ingredients in the cleaner. It is also utilized to find the optimum formulation. Besides good results from laboratory test, field try also confirms the effective performance of the product.
