固態超酸在煉油及石化工業上之應用

摘要


基於環保之考量,綠色化學、永續化學或乾淨製程將主導未來煉油及石化工業發展之走向。有不少製程反應必須使用酸性觸媒,甚至使用超酸才能有效進行,但傳統之酸觸媒如氫氣酸具有毒性,氣化鋁有廢鹼液處理問題,硫酸則有設備腐蝕及廢酸處理問題,因此開發固態超酸觸媒是未來必走之路。近年來,異多體酸及離子液體超酸亦逐漸受到工業界之重視,如能製備成負載型固態觸媒,並改善其活性衰退與再生問題,未來應可在催化製程中大放異彩,尤其是在直鏈烷烴異構化、飽和碳氫化合物異構化、苯環之烷基化、異丁烷之烷化等製程方面。

From the Point of view on the environmental protection, the process development of petroleum and petrochemical industries will be focused on the green chemistry, sustainable chemistry and clean processes. The acid catalysts, and even superacid catalysts were found to be needed for many processes. However, the conventional acid catalysts (HF, AlCl3, H2SO4) have some problems, such as toxic, waste caustic liquid, corrosion and waste acid, therefore, the effort for the development of solid superacid was carried out for the substitution of liquid acid. Recently, the industries also pay attention to the heteropolyacid and ionic superacid. The improvement of catalyst deactivation and regeneration of superacid catalyst will be the key factor for the successful processes of isomerization and alkylation etc.
