摘要


本研究為提高輕石油腦的應用價值,應用輕油異構化工場將辛烷值只有60~70的輕石油腦提昇至83~90,成為摻配95和98高辛烷值汽油重要輕質油料之一。煉製研究所異構化研究團隊多年來進行異構化反應的相關基礎研究,實際將研究理論與研究結果應用於生產工廠,與桃廠同仁合作進行操作條件最適化、去除雜質、選擇最佳進料…等異構化製程效能提昇研究與改善方案,研究結合生產能實質有效提昇輕油異構化工場操作效能、降低操作成本、並提高異構化工場有效煉量、產品辛烷值和產品產量…等績效,其執行結果摘錄如下: 1.新觸媒時期的工場操作改善:進行異構化溫度最適化、選擇最佳進料、調整分餾塔去除雜質…等研究,實質提高異構化工場有效煉量15%、產品辛烷值增加4.5個單位。 2.進行專利製程與吸附劑之性能評估研究,完成專利吸附劑代替品研究,打破U公司專利攏斷,公開招標,實質降低採購成本約六成以上。 3.提供老舊觸媒的操作建議:去除輕質與重質成份雜質、調整兩座反應器操作溫度模式、提高觸媒活性,有效增加產品1單位RON和增加異構化油產量1.49%,每年效益1億3,000萬元以上。

Attempts have been done to increase the value of light naphtha isomerizes RON 60 to 70's light naphtha into RON 83 to 90's higher Octane number light naphtha to blend RON 95, or 98 higher Octane gasolines. For years, Isomerization Research Team of Refining and Manufacturing Research Institute has been studying relevant basic research on isomerization; applying to manufactory plants, and cooperating with Tao Yuan Refinery's coworkers to optimize operating conditions, and feedstock, remove impurities, and other isomerization studies. Operating combined with studies makes increasing the effectiveness of isomerization plant, lowering the operating cost, meanwhile enhancing the throughput, octane number of products, and volume. The main results are as followings: 1. Improvement of the operation during fresh catalysts period: It includes optimizing the isomerization reaction temperatures, and feedstock, adjusting the fractionators to remove impurities. The improvements increased the throughput 15 %, and product RON 4.5 units. 2. Evaluation the patent processes and the performances of the adsorbents: Finding the substitutes of patent absorbents to break U Company's monopolized profit, allowing competitive bidding, that reduced purchase costs by more than about 60 %. 3. Proposing the operation of aged catalysts: Removing both lighter and heavier impurities, adjusting the temperature between the two isomerization reactors to increase the activity of catalyst, that increased product RON 1 unit and isomerate 1.49 % by volume.
