地理資訊系統應用在土砂災害治理調查與規劃之研究

A Study on Investigation and Plan of Sediment Disaster Prevention for Geographic Information System

摘要


土砂災害治理調查,有助於瞭解調查區內可能發生土砂災害的地點、規模與分佈情形;而治理規劃係利用工程方法來防止上述地點發生災害的手段。本文運用地理資訊系統分析土砂災害之環境現況、發生原因、地點與規模等主要因子項目並進行調查,結合理論分析、航照判釋、現地調查等方法,達到建立災害活動性與影響性資料,依此可作為工程治理規劃之輕重緩急依據,及未來防災與應變實務提供具體規劃藍圖。 本文以日月潭國家風景區為例,說明上述方法有助於環境管理與工程治理規劃,以達保障居民與遊客生命財產安全之目的。

Investigation on latency disaster is useful to get the information of place, scale, and distribution above the sediment disaster. Plan on sediment disaster prevention is attend to avoid sediment disaster area occurred in the place mentioned above where the control work build. The items of environment factor, the place and scale of sediment disaster are suggested by investigation of the study. The amount of activity and the influence area of sediment disaster are obtained by the procedure of theory analysis. aero photo judgment, and field investigations. After that planning on control work and disaster prevention are performed by this result. The Sun Moon Lake scheme area is selected as case study. Consequently, the result is actually provided for disaster prevention work and management.
