摘要

利用台灣民間流傳的搬家工法，將地下室擋土開挖造成傾斜沈陷之透天鄰房扶正，以及置換受損鄰房之獨立基腳為聯合基腳或筏式基礎之處理方式與原理，予以扼要介紹。並以案例分析以了解搬家工法應用於傾斜建物扶正之適用性與經濟性。

House-moving Method has been used to erect houses with shallow footings in Taiwan for a long time. The concept of the above method is applicable to erect some excavation-induced, tilted buildings, and to replace the single footings with combined footings or raft foundation of some excavation-induced tilted buildings. Case studies are presented to clarity the suitability and economic concerns in applying the House-moving Method.
