Acute Myocardial Infarction after Amphetamine Use: A Case Report

The prevalence of amphetamine abuse has increased dramatically worldwide. Myocardial infarction is a rarely reported complication of amphetamine abuse. We report a 27-year-old male patient with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after amphetamine use. Treatment and possible mechanism of amphetamine-induced AMI were discussed.
