企業自然環境管理研究之回顧與展望

Review anti Foresight of Research for the Natural Environmental Management on Business

摘要


傳統上,在組織與策略的內涵和決策過程中,視環境為社會、經濟、政治、技術而忽視自然環境與組織的互動關係。因此比較其他環境導向的學術領域,學者關注於組織與自然環境的研究相對地簡略。本文透過收集國外445篇以及臺灣地區122篇有關企業自然環境管理的研究發現,過去20年,學術和實務界企圖藉由類型學,分類企業自然環境管理類型和評價公司的環保績效,欲深入瞭解企業自然環境管理的情況。本文建議,未來應再加強理論的引進以及建構影響企業自然環境管理的模式,並進一步探討其對環保績效以及經營績效的影響。

Traditionally, the intension and decision-making process of organization and strategy regard environment as the society, economy, politics and technology, but neglect the interactive relations between the natural environment and the organizations. Therefore the scholars pay less attention on the relationship between organization and the natural environment compare with those in other environment-oriented academic fields. This article collects foreign 445 and 122 Taiwan area research relating business natural environmental management and find out that, in the past 20 years, academic and practice realm attempt to use typologies to classify the business' natural environmental management and evaluate the company's environmental performance in order to understand the condition of implementing natural environmental management. This article suggests that, in the future, we should strengthen the introduction of the theory as well as construct the model which influent the business natural environment management, and further examine the influence to the environmental performance and operational performance.
