摘要

秦末陳涉起義，劉邦在沛縣響應，成為新時代的創造者。劉邦最初的追隨者因地緣關係結合，來自沛、豐、碭三地的追隨者形成劉邦陣營的主力，成為漢朝的開國元勛，也成為政治權力的核心人物。本文探討漢高祖與淮泗功臣的關係，及淮泗功臣開國前後的貢獻，期能深入了解淮泗功臣的重要性。

Respond to the call of the rise of Chen-She in late Qin, Liu-Bang at Pei County has become the creator of the new era. Due to the geographic relation, followers from Pei, Feng, and Dang have formed the main force of the Liu-Bang faction that became the founding heroes of the Han Dynasty as well as the core politicians of the ruling power. This article explores the relationship between Emperor Gao of Han and the founding heroes from Huai-Si, and those heroes' contribution before and after the country was found so that people can realize their importance in the history.
