某醫學中心營養相關科系學生實習現況之探討

Investigation of the Current Internship Program for Students in Nutrition-Related Fields in a Medical Center

摘要


本研究係以中部某醫學中心營養部門營養相關科系實習學生為對象,研究目的是希望瞭解不同學制營養相關科系實習學生在校專業知識學習訓練狀況與在醫院實地實習成績表現之相關性,以及實習學生對實習場所之滿意度與具體建議,以做爲學校擬訂營養專業教育課程及醫院營養部門日後規劃實習課程的參考依據。研究方法採回溯性調查,針對某醫學中心的營養實習學生之實習制度為研究工具,時間由民國2004至2007年做一系列的回顧分析,參與實習學生共計90名為分析對象,結果顯示:在校成績及實習成績大多呈現相關性,雖然學生多認為臨床課程較吃力,希望滅少膳食課程時間,增加特殊病房實務訓練,但實習學生對於實習活動整體之漓意度極高,平均漓意度為88.8±5.5分,顯示學生大多給予正面評價。

This research focused on students in nutrition-related fields undertaking an internship in the nutrition department of a medical center, the aim of which was to understand the relationship between their exam scores achieved in college and their scores received during their internship. In addition, this study also collected information about the students' satisfaction levels and their thoughts on the environment in which they completed their internship, information that the college and the nutrition department of the medical center can then use to improve the nutrition teaching plan and draw up an internship program. This was a data retrieval study involving the collection of data on nutrition student interns from the internship system of a medical center. By analyzing the data retrieved from 2004-2007, a total of 90 internship students in the medical center were included in this study. The results indicate that there is a correlation between students' college scores and their scores on the internship program. Most students feel that the internship program is very intensive, and would like the time spent on the nutrition course to be reduced and the amount of practical training in special wards to be increased. In general, the students are very satisfied with the internship program; the average satisfaction score is 88.8±5.5, suggesting that the students rate this internship program highly.
