台灣地區開業檢驗所醫檢工作壓力及其因應之研究

Survey on Pressure and Pressure-regulation of the Medical Technologists in Business Laboratories in Taiwan

摘要


背景:本研究主要目的為瞭解台灣地區開業檢驗所工作人員壓力源的種類、壓力之調適行為、舒解壓力方法及對象進行研究調查,研究結果希望能提供主管機關及檢驗所主管更加重視醫檢工作人員的心理問題之發展,以及作為壓力源輔導之依據。方法:本研究針對台灣地區,通過ISO 15189醫學實驗室認證開業檢驗所共24家醫檢工作人員,參考過去相關文獻,以檢驗所為單位實施結構式不計名問卷調查。主要目的為瞭解醫檢師壓力源的種類、壓力之調適行為、以及改善壓力之措施。結果:本次問卷調查結果,發現主要壓力源來自於“工作狀況”並以(1)無法在時限內完成工作(32.4%),(2)同事調動或離職頻繁為主要工作壓力(30.7%);此2項是開業檢驗所工作同仁主要的壓力來源。雖然有同事及家人的支持,但是工作量過多(32.4%%)、薪資不成比例(31.8%%)等主要困擾。舒解壓力方式是接受事實(60%)、放鬆自己(59%)、面對問題(58%)等。結論:希望本研究可以提供各開業檢驗所主管及主管機關對於醫檢工作人員壓力的進一步瞭解與重視。應包括檢驗工作人員的合理工作量、人力運用的準則、工作安排的合理化等,此壓力源對檢驗品質的影響,值得再分析與研究。

Background: Studies of medical technology are important in clinical approaching for a precise or early diagnosis. Medical technologists play the essential roles in this field. The main purpose of this study was to provide the reference resources of the pressure of medical technologists as the basis of guidance and assistance to the supervisors of the department.Methods: This study was focused on three stress issues of medical technologists of business laboratories, including the source of pressure, the self-regulation of stress and the attitude to face with the pressure. We used a structural anonymous questionnaire given to the medical technologists of 24 business laboratories of Taiwan. Each issue was then divided into several related questions.Result: The analysis found that the major source of stressure came from the ”working conditions” and (1) can not complete the work within the time limit (32.4%), (2) the colleagues transfer or leave frequently (30.7%); these two are the major sources of stressure for the colleagues in the opening examination center. Although there are the support of colleagues and family members, but the working loading is too much (32.4%), salary disproportionately (31.8%) and other major problems. The deboning pressure way is accepts the fact (60%), to relax itself (59%), facing the question (58%). Conclusion: This study is to provide the opening examination center manager and competent authorities to further understand and care for the pressure on the staff. Including a reasonable working loading, manpower utilization of the guidelines, the rationalization of working arrangement, these sources of pressure that effect the quality of medical laboratories are worth re-analysis and research.
