台灣地區勞工醫院如何建立尿液檢驗標準作業之要求

摘要

勞工定期健康檢查可瞭解健康狀況及監控職業傷病的發生。尿液檢驗為勞工定期健康檢查必要項目之一。台灣地區勞工醫院檢驗室應建立尿液檢驗品質系統，應包括管理要求與技術要求，以降低檢驗誤差以提昇分析品質。ISO 15189為國際間醫學實驗室認證之共同標準規範，通過認證是檢驗室所追求的目標與未來之趨勢，可提昇實驗室的效能與品質。台灣地區勞工醫院檢驗室應建立尿液檢驗標準作業之要求，包括：人員、環境設施與條件、設備、檢驗前之程序、檢驗程序、檢驗程序之品質保證、檢驗後之程序、結果報告，以應符合ISO 15189規範之技術要求，並符合醫院評鑑之要求及提昇勞工之安全。通過醫學實驗室認證可確保台灣地區勞工醫院檢驗室之品質及提升勞工健康檢查之品質。

Regular labor physical checkup can monitor employee's health status and the occurrence of occupational injury. Urinalysis is one of the most essential items for labor physical checkup. In order to increase the accuracy and improve quality of examination, laboratories should establish quality management system for urinalysis, including aspects of management and technical requirement. The ISO 15189 is an international standard of medical laboratory accreditation. And every laboratory should pursuit this goal to be qualified to increase the efficiency. Laboratories should establish SOP for urinalysis examination, which includes personnel, facilities, equipment, pre-analysis procedure, analysis process and its quality assurance, post-analysis process and exam result to meet regulations of ISO 15189, requirements of hospital accreditation and evaluate labor safety. Accredited medical laboratory can ensure the quality of analysis, labor physical checkup in Taiwan.
