Abstracts

庫賈氏病並不是常見於醫療環境的職業疾病，除非確診，醫療環境更不常見此案例，容易讓第一線工作人員輕忽防護。本案例為一位庫賈氏病個案，家屬協助辦理入院常規追蹤庫賈氏病發病情形，雖是常規檢查，但不知個案何時會發病，尤其臨床一有案例發生亦引第一線工作人員起恐慌，應變不佳容易造成第一線工作人員與家屬病人對立，本文的目的是希望由單位管理的角度，負起善良管理的責任，藉此病例及文獻佐證，與醫療團對合作溝通，使醫療團隊對於庫賈氏病能進一步的瞭解，提供第一線工作人員更安全的工作環境，避免基層員工職業傷害。
