Rectal foreign body retention with screwdriver: A case report
病例報告：肛門異物螺絲起子留置
摘要
In this case report we describe a case of a 60-year-old male who went to our emergency department due to hard stool passage and anus bleeding for 1 day. He put a screwdriver into anus by himself 5 days ago. CT showed a screwdriver in rectum and penetration through the rectum into left sided buttock. After surgery, the patient was discharged successfully. Foreign body insertion into the anus causes intestinal perforation is a special case in clinical. It is an important differential diagnosis in patients with acute abdomen.
