醫療技術人員專業生活品質與健檢生理指標關係以正向心理資本為調節變數-以台灣北區某教學醫院為例

Relationships Between Professional Quality of Life and Physiological Parameters in Medical Technician: Positive Psychological Capital Regulation as A Moderator- A Case Study of One Metropolitan Hospital in North District in Taiwan

背景及研究目的:醫療技術人員的工作是很常發生工作倦怠的狀況,在一些研究上是運用很多正向資源來對抗職業所帶來的傷害。本研究目的是在探討醫療技術人員專業生活品質與生理指標關係以正向心理資本為調節變數。研究方法:採橫斷式研究收集北部區域醫院於2018年1月至11月,研究工具包括專業生活品質量表正向心理資本量表、健檢報告,總共回收59位,回收率100%。結果:專業生活品質次量表:慈心滿足平均分數:48.36±9.68;專業耗竭平均分數:48.59±9.11;慈心疲憊平均分數:47.46±8.91皆屬中度程度。結論:本研究希望醫院管理者能正視在醫院工作的這一群少數醫療技術人員,這群專業人員為了達到自己對工作的完美要求,往往投注過多的心力,而致使自己的身心狀況發生危機,建議院方能夠建構一個重視醫療技術人員的一個友善及職場,以改善醫療技術人員在職場上的耗損。

Background: Although job burnout is common among Medical Technician, few studies have explored positive resources for combating burnout in this population. This study aims to explore the relationship between professional quality of life among medical technician, and particularly the regulation as a moderator positive psychological capital regulation. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in regional teaching hospital in Northern Taiwan, during Jan to Nov of 2018. A questionnaire that included the ProQoL、Positive Psychological Capital、 Examination Reports, was distributed to 59 medical technician recovery rate 100%. We used the logistic regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis explored the moderator positive psychological capital regulation in ProQoL. Results: The ProQoL result reveal that the average score of three subscales: The average score of compassion satisfaction (CS) was 48.36± 9.68, moderate level in the compassion satisfaction. The average score of burnout (BO) was 48.59±9.11, moderate level in the burnout. The average score of compassion fatigue (CF) was 47.46±8.91, moderate level in the compassion fatigue. Conclusion: In this study, we find moderate level fatigue to medical technician, we must face up to this problem, Our findings suggest that hospital manager should offer stress reduction activities and employee-friendly workplace to their employee to improve their physical and mental health.
