摘要


金針菜新品種‘臺東7號’,像由雜交後裔中選拔之優良單株,經營養系繁殖、初級及高級品系比較試驗、地方適應性試驗以及性狀檢定試驗等,於2012年6月通過審查命名。本品種花色為橙黃色且具香氣,具早花及二次開花之特性,第一次花期自4月至5月,第二次花期自6月至7月。其第一次花期之花蕾產量高,與‘臺東6號’,相近,全年總產量則為‘臺東6號’,之1.25倍,且為本地種之3倍。在海拔200公尺以下地區栽培時產量較900公尺地區為高。花莖粗不易倒伏,高度約與人體腰部齊,利於人工採收;對銹病具有中抗至抗性。鮮花蕾及乾製金針經高溫烹煮後,香氣濃郁湯色鮮黃不變黑,極適合用於製作無硫金針加工品。

Edible daylily variety 'Taitung 7' was named and released by Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station in June, 2012. It was a superior progeny selected from a hybridization. The following breeding procedures included clone propagation, primary and advanced superior lines comparison trials, domestic adaptation trials, and characteristics identification trials, etc. The flower color of this variety is yellow-orange, with fragrant smell. The plants have re-b1oom habit: the first blossom is from April to May and the secondary blossom is from June to July. The yield of first blossom of 'Taitung 7' was comparable with the old variety 'Taitung 6'. However, the total yield of 'Taitung 7' is about 1.25 times higher then 'Taitung 6' and three times higher then local varieties. When cultivated below altitude 200 meters, 'Taitung 7' could have higher yield then that cultivated in higher elevation. The scape of this variety is thick, and the height is about 90cm that is convenient for harvesting. The daylily rust disease resistance of this variety is medium. After cooked, both fresh and dry flower buds did not turn to black and taste good, which made this variety a better choice for aking sulfur-free dry daylily products.
