利用特殊熱處理技術改善精密模具壽命之研究

摘要


在現今高科技產業里,品質的要求是非常重視的,高品質的產品仰賴好的設備,對於機械本身的精密度與穩定性是有需要的,因此製造機械的鋼材品質要求尤其穩定性就顯得格外重要冷作模具鋼普遍於冷衝、冷鍛、冷擠等加工用之模具,為了因應日益增高的工作溫度,穩定其組織提高機械性質為必要程序。 本實驗選用進口之SKD11為測試材料,測試後施以球化退火處理,并觀察顯微組織的發跡再經(1)1025℃沃斯田鐵化後空冷藏淬火,(2)進行-196℃深冷處理,促進殘留沃斯田鐵麻田散鐵化,(3)再分別進行200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃及550℃回火,其後以硬度試驗、衝擊試驗及磨砂試驗檢驗其機械性質變化。 結果顯示,經球化退火這試片確實能改善偏析現象,對材料壽命深具影響。深冷自理與僅作傳統回火自理者相比較,深冷處理後再高溫回火(550℃左右)可嗇耐衝擊性及耐磨砂性。

The high quality product highly relies on the good equipment. Especially to the high precision and high speed of machine parts, material stability will be the most important factors. The die steel SKD1 1 has been widely used as dies for cold pressing, cold forging and cold extrusion. In order to stabilize the structure and improve the mechanical property working at a higher temperature, the proper heat-treat is necessary. This study aims at control and understands the microstructural changes of specimens during the spheroidizing and annealing. Some specimens have been austenitized, quenched and sub-zero treated to reduce some amount of retained austenite, at some time we also investigate the influences of heat-treats process on mechanical properties, also we found that for the specimens tempered at high temperature(above 500℃), after sub-zero treated their toughness and wear-resistance properties can be improved well.
