管件液壓成形汽車排氣管之製程開發

摘要


汽車排氣管為汽車排氣系統主要組成之一,除可將引擎廢氣排出車體外,為了能滿足低噪音、提升引擎燃油效率、減少空氣污染及避免與汽車內部靠近排氣管之其他組件相互干涉……等需求,常需以複雜曲面設計達到目的。汽車排氣管一般製造方式有沖壓後二片以上作焊接結合、彎管、旋壓及縮管等製程[1],但前述製程多少會有尺寸精度不佳及製程道次多……等問題。液壓成形技術可輕易成形複雜曲面、有效改善精度及簡化工程道次[2],因此近年來國外已逐漸將液壓成形技術運用在排氣管製程生產上。本文將有系統地針對汽車排氣管作液壓成形性分析,製程規劃、模擬驗證及實際試模……等相關討論,使相關業界能對汽車排氣管之液壓成形製程研究開發有更深刻認知及了解。

Exhaust pipe is one of the essential partses of automobile exhaust system. Besides the ability of exhaust. The function request for satisfying the low noise, raising the engine fuel efficiency, reducing air pollution and avoiding interference with other parts in car ,etc. For the reason, exhaust pipe would often be designed to the complicated curved face to reach the need. Exhaust pipe usually has various different manufacturing methods, such as welding after stamping, bending, swaging, shrinkage pipe,etc.Howerer the above manufacturing process there would not be easy to improve the accuracy and simplify engineering works. hydroforming technology can be applied to form the complicated curved face easily, improve the accuracy and simplify engineering works effectively,etc. Therefore, overseas hydroforming technology is gradually applied to the manufacture of exhaust pipe in recent years. In this paper, Systematic description and discussion will be revealed to the formability study of the hydroforming of exhaust pipe, manufacture process design and real tryout,etc. We hope the results of the present study could be helpful to the related industry.
