高長徑比深引伸傳送模具應用

摘要


利用傳送技術開發深引伸細長銅管件,此技術物色在於黃銅材料的加工硬化值大,引伸加工的直徑很小,高長麼比,其所需要的深圳四通引伸模具技術是非常困難的。此外由於引伸加工及傳送時序必須配合,所以要設計及製作出適合深引伸細長銅管件模具的『國產化傳送冲床專用機』。 細長銅管件深引伸模具開發所應用的技術範圍為多道次深引伸傳送沖模技術。此技術可應用在細長銅管件接收端子。例如:耳機端子、手機天線及AV端子及PCB/IC/LCD用探針管件等零件。此技術變可類似應用在高技術指標的一體型汽油濾清器外殼或鎖類中心套管等深引伸模具。 金屬中心以深引伸傳送沖模技術,完成細長銅管什開發,其技術指標為長徑比高於6:1板材深引伸技術。載具材南為C2680(O材)黃銅,傳送加工道次可達16站,采模具開爪方式一次元傳送機構,配合引伸長度與行程時間行連續引伸加工。

Applying the transfer technology to develop the high aspect ratio brass tubing, this technology is special in high work hardening effect of the brass, the very small drawing diameter; and the high depth-diameter aspect ratio. There are many difficulties in this deep thawing die technique. Because the deep drawing process motion should be followed with the transfer timing, it is necessary to design and make a ”localized transfer press” which is suitable for the deep drawing brass tubing. Especially for brass tube, there are many deep thawing technologies need to develop, for example, multi-stages deep drawing and transfer technologies. These technologies can be applied to high aspect ratio brass tubing, for example, earphone terminals, cellular phone antennas, AV terminals and probes of PCB/IC/LCD etc. Metal Industries Research & Development Center (MIRDC)finished this high aspect ratio brass tubing with deep drawing transfer die technology. And the technique index is the 6:1 depth-diameter aspect ratio. The product material is C2680. The 16-stages transfer mechanism has a one-dimension finger system that clamps and transfers the product according with the relation between the drawing depth and press timing.
