軸對稱線管材熔塑整合技術之建構

The Development of Casting-to-Forming Integrated Process for Symmetric Materials

摘要


就線材之技術及設備發展而言,從早期之素材鑄造、擠出、軋製、粗抽、退火、多模抽拉、反覆退火處理、精抽、細抽等繁雜製程,仍至本文所提出之微工場之概念,並目的在於利用更有效之製程技術,在更精準掌握相關製程參數的情形下,可以大副減少製程設,並且可以與其他技術整合成複合製程,進行微板材及精細異型材進行加工成形。針對國內日後發展精微成形技術的過程,利用「精細線管材熔塑整合製程」有效控制材料內部的晶粒大小及均勻性,可以更穩定的提供精微成形製程所需之原材料,減少因晶粒大小及均勻性等問題所造成之尺寸效應等後續製程問題。

In the microworld, as well as in the macroworld, forming is a crucial operation in the genesis of a product. Microforming is a well suited technology to manufacture very small metallic parts, in particular to mass production as they are required in many industrial products resulting from microtechnology. Compared to other manufacturing technologies, microforming features specific economical and ecological advantages. This paper focuses on the development of microforming technology in the viewpoint of integrating manufacturing process for micro parts in Taiwan.
