頭頸部腫瘤放射治療分次方式改變之臨床結果－文獻回顧
Clinical Results of Different Fractionated Radiotherapy in Head and Neck Cacers-Literature Review

Clinical and experimental evidence suggests that higher radiation dose and shorter overall treatment duration are the way to improve local control in radiotherapy for head and neck cancers. In general, reasonable altered fractionation shchemes can be divided into (1) hyperfractionation, (2) accelerated fractionation, and (3) accelerated hyperfractionation. The treatment outcome and toxicity in different clinical trials will be discussed.
