摘要


醫用直線加速器自1950年代發明之後,經過40多年來不斷地研究改進,使癌病治療有了新的展望。醫用直線加速器是一部集合電子、電機、機械元件於一身的複雜化高科技機器,本文除簡單介紹醫用直線加速器的發展史外,幷將介紹其系統結構,讓使用者能進一步的瞭解機器特性;爲了要使治療作業正常且精準地執行,定期保養工作與良好的維修是基本的要求。本文依各廠商提供的保養計劃與本部門現行的常規保養作業爲基礎,提列一典型的保養作業模式以供參考,使大家認識醫用儀器維護工程師在醫療作業上所扮演的角色,這群幕後工作人員正默默地保障一定的醫療品質。

The invention of medical-used linear accelerator (Linac) in 1950’s and its rapid developement over the past four decades have significantly changed the outlook of radiation therapy in cancer treatment. Medical-used Linac is a sophisticated medical device which integrates delicate electronic and mechanical parts. In order to normally operate with high accuracy, maintenance on a routine basis is esstential. This article briefly reviews the milestones of Linac developement chronologically. This article also outlines the recommended maintenance programs currently applied at this department that maybe useful for users.
