台大女生對排球運動鉤腕發球與肩上發球學習效果的研究

摘要

發球是排球比賽中的第一波攻擊。強力的發球不僅可壓迫對方無法施展隊型的變化及掩護性的攻擊，甚至可直接得分。因此，發球(serve)動作的學習為參與排球運動者不可漠視。而台大女生對鈎腕發球動作的學習效果較優於肩上發球動作的學習效果。這種結果歸因於肩上發球動作的難度高於鈎腕發球。

Service is the first attack of volleyball games. A powerful service can not only repress opponent's formation changes and screen advances but also score directly. Therefore, learning service motions should not be looked down upon by volleyball players. This study used National Taiwan University female students as the subjects. From the fndings of this study, the learning effect of hook service is better than that of over head service. It is because learning overhead service motions is more difficult than learninghook service motions.
