明確目標與接近性目標對籃球籃下投籃成績的影響

摘要

本研究以專科學校男生共147名為研究對象，來探討目標明確性、目標接近性對籃球籃下投籃成績的影響，所有的受試者以隨機分配的方式分入下列四組之中：㈠短期目標組、㈡長期目標組、㈢短期加長期目標組、㈣盡力而為組，結果發現如下：
一、在籃球籃下投籃的成績表現上，設定明確目標組比非明確目標組為佳。
二、在籃球籃下投籃的成績表現上，設定接近性目標組中之短期加長期目標組較短期目標組及盡力而為組為佳，且有顯著差異。

Thus the study, with 147 junior college sudents as the subjecs, attempted to invesigate the influence of goal specificity and goal proximity on basketball shooting. Subjecs were randomly assigned to one of the following conditions: (a) short-term goals; (b) long-term goals; (c) short-plus long-term goals; (d) ”do your best” goals.
The results of this experiment indicated that short-plus long-term goals was the best. Also the effects is distinguishable. Second, short-plus long-term goals perform the better than short-term goals and do your best goals.
