本研究之目的在探討不同強度運動對抗氧化酵素及丙二醛的影響。受試者為12名最大攝氧量為61.7±2.9ml/kg/min之長跑選手,平均年齡18.8±3.1歲,身高169.8 ±3.1公分,體重59.6±3.9公斤。本研究採同一受試者重複量數之設計,隨機將受試者以重複量數的方式分別接受100% VO2max跑至衰竭、85% VO2max及60% VO2max運動強度在原地跑步機上跑30分鐘等三種不同強度跑步,不同強度之間的測驗時間為10天。受試者在跑步前、後及跑步後60分鐘抽血分析血液中之超氧化物歧化?(Superoxide dismutase, SOD)、榖胱甘?過氧化?(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)以及丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)的濃度,結果發現SOD及GSH-PX 在100% VO2rnax及85% VO2rnax之運動後及運動後60分鐘有明顯的改變,至於MDA則在100% VO2rnax運動後及運動後60分鐘會明顯上升,在85% VO2rnax之運動後也會明顯的上升,但在運動後60分鐘則恢復至運動前水準。結論:運動如以健康為目的應以60% VO2rnax之運動為宜,如選手需在最短時間達到最大訓練效果,可考慮接受85% VO2rnax之運動,但切記訓練後應特別注意保養身體,至於強度100% VO2rnax之運動會導致嚴重之氧化傷害,實不適宜從事。
The effects of different-intensity running on antioxisidase and malondialdehyde The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of different-intensity running on antioxisidase and malondialdehyde. Twelve (l2) long-distance runners (age=18.8 ± 3.l0yrs, ht=169.8 ± 3.l0cm, wt=59.6 ± 3.90kg, VO2max= 61.7 ± 2.9ml/kg/min) were repeatedly tested and then randomly assigned to a exhaustive exercise group, a 85% VO2max max group and a 60% VO2max group every other ten days. The blood samples of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were collected before, immediately and one hour after exercise. The concentration of SOD and GSH-PX significantly different after running and one hour after exercise in exhaustive exercise and 85% VO2max. Serum MDA levels were significantly different before, after running and one hour after exercise in exhaustive exercise, MDA was significantly higher immediately after exercise than before exercise and went back normal values 1h after exercise in 85% VO2rnax. Conclusion: 60% VO2max running is safe exercise as for as health is concerned. 85% VO2max might induce lipid peroxidant transiently. If we have to do this exercise, we had better take care of body after exercise. As for exhaustive exercise, it may cause serious oxidative damage, so we should try to avoid doing it.
