中學體育教師生涯定位與生涯發展需求之研究

A Study of Anchor and Career Development Needs among High School Physical Education Teachers

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討中學體育教師生涯定位、生涯發展需求的差異情形,及此二者之相關情形。本研究以「生涯定位量表」及「生涯發展需求量表」針對中部地區(台中縣、台中市、彰化縣及南投縣)之中學體育教師(包含高中、職及國中)進行問卷調查。問卷共發出668份,有效回收370份,有效回收率為 55.4%。所得資料以多變項變異數分析、典型相關進行統計分析。得到以下結論:(一)中學體育教師的生涯定位會因其性別、年資與職務之不同,而有不同的發展情形。(二)中學體育教師的生涯發展需求會因其年齡、年資、教育程度及婚姻狀況之不同,而有不同程度的需求。(三)中學體育教師生涯定位各因素與生涯發展需求各因素間,具有顯著關連。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between career anchor and career development needs among high school physical education teachers. Subjects were high school physical education teachers (including junior high school, senior high school and vocational school) in middle part of Taiwan (including Taichung, Changhua and Nanto) assessed by Career Anchor Inventory and Career Development Needs Inventory. The total sample was 668, the valid sample was 370, and the valid returned rate was 55.4%. The collected data were analyzed by MANOVA and canonical correlation. The following results were found under this study: 1. Sex, seniority and position were significant factors that influence the career anchor among high school physical education teachers. 2. Age, seniority, educational background and marital status were significant factors that influence the career development needs among high school physical education teachers. 3. There were significant relationships between factors of career anchors and of career development needs among high school physical education teachers.
