休閒需求與休閒阻礙間之相關研究──以彰化市居民為實證

摘要

本研究主要的目的在於分析個人在參與新休閒活動時，其感受休閒阻礙產生係受到何種休閒需求因素的影響，研究以彰化市居民為對象，採分層便利取樣的方式，計發出問卷730份，回收有效問卷為635份回收有效問卷經統計分析後，結果有以下的發現：
（一）當個人從事新休閒活動時，其感受個人內在阻礙的產生，係受到休閒需求之知識探究、能力成就與身心釋放需求的直接影響。
（二）當個人感受人際阻礙的產生，係受到休閒需求之社交互動與能力成就需求的直接影響。
（三）當個人感受結構性阻礙的產生，係受到休閒需求之知識探究需求直接影響。
（四）在休閒阻礙因素間關係方面，結構性阻礙對人際阻礙有直接的影響。而人際阻礙對個人內在阻礙也有直接的影響。
基於上述之研究發現，本研究除對休閒諮商與休閒服務者提供相關建議外，並對未來研究者提出具體之建議。

The purpose of this research mainly focuses on analyzing what factors of leisure eeds would influence the perceived leisure constraints when individuals participate new leisure activities. This questionnaire was adopted from residents in Changhua city, non-random sampling method was used, and 635 effective questionnaires were collected. The results are as following after statistics analysis:
l. The cause of individuals, perceived intrapersonal constraints was influences directly by leisure needs for knowledge exploration, competence achievement and physical and mental relaxation when individuals participate new leisure activities.
2. The cause of individuals, perceived interpersonal constraints was influences directly by leisure needs for social interaction and competence achievement.
3. The cause of individuals, perceived structure constraints was influences directly by leisure needs for social interaction and competence achievement.
4. The test results showed that the structure constraint was influences directly on interpersonal constraints, and interpersonal constraint Was influences directly on intrapersonal constraints.
The results in this study not only advice for leisure consult and service supporters but also propose suggestion for future researcher.
