大陸運動教練培育制度之研究

The Education and Promotion System for Coaches in Mainland China

摘要


大陸在經過多年淬勵奮發,已擠身世界體育強國之列,而其競技水準之大幅提升,與其完善或獨到之運動教練培育制度,有必然之密切關係,殊值吾人加以瞭解。本研究之目的在於瞭解大陸運動教練培育制度及其競技運動水準突飛猛進之原因,俾為加強我國教練素質及競技水準之參考,以求從基本提升體育競技能力。本研究發現,大陸在經過多年的淬勵奮發,在擠身亞洲及世界體育強國之列的同時,確實已建立起一套較為完善並具有特色之運動教練培育制度,它包括技術等級、培訓、考核、定期進修和管理使用幾部份,這一制度之管理由中央統一規劃領導,以提高能力為目的,具有良好的社會保障與職業化、專業化的特點。正是因為有了完善與獨到之教練培育制度這樣一塊基石,才保證大陸能在奧運具有第三的成績表現。

Factors affecting the improvement of athletic level of a country are various, but the system of coaching, particularly the quality and quantity of coaches is an important factor. The purpose of this study was to understand the coaching system and the factors of advancing rapidly in sport of China thus to enhance the quality of coaches and athletic level of Taiwan and to improve our competitive ability. The results revealed that, while becoming one of the top countries in sports internationally, Mainland China has indeed developed an advanced coaching system, which has its own characteristics. The system includes subsystems of professional levels, training/education, examination, management and employment. The system aims to improve the abilities of coaches, who are characterized by professionalization and specialization. This special coaching system has helped China to nank third in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
