運動動機氣候量表二版中文化後的信效度分析

Validation of the Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire-2 within Taiwan Sport Context

摘要


目的:本研究在探討運動動機氣候量表二版(Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire-2, PMCSQ-2)中文化後的適用性。方法 參與者為253位(男149,女104)大學與高中排球選手運動員,包括大學聯賽甲級男生前八名與女生前六名球隊、高中聯賽男女前四名球隊,共24個隊伍,平均年齡19.70±2.53歲,專項運動時間為8.03±3.05年,參與目前運動團隊的時間平均為2.39±1.06年。在非比賽情境下填寫中文版PMCSQ-2與滿足感量表。資料收集後,以驗證性因素分析處理PMCSQ-2的測量模式適合度,接著以簡單相關探討其與團隊滿足感的同時效度。結果 二階PMCSQ-2概念模式修正後之整體適合度指標並未完全達到標準;工作動機氣候和其分量表與團隊滿足感呈正相關;自我動機氣候和其分量表與團隊滿足感呈負相關。結論 PMCSQ-2在中文化後測量模式之適當性並未完全符合標準,與Newton, Duda, and Yin (2000)結果類似,自我動機氣候所屬分量表的結構並不十分理想,引用時需考慮這些限制,也值得後續研究再探討。

Purpose: To examine the validity and reliability of the translated Perceived Motivational Climate in Sport Questionnaire-2 (PMCSQ-2; Newton, Duda, & Yin, 2000). Method: Two hundred and fifty-three undergraduate and high school volleyball players (149 males and 104 females, mean age 19.70 years) from 24 teams were administered the initial version of the PMCSQ-2 and a measure of team satisfaction. Confirmatory factor analysis was applied to determinate the factor structure of the oblique hierarchical model with six first-order factors (Important Role, Cooperative Learning, Effort/Enjoyment, Intra-Team Member Rivalry, Unequal Recognition, and Punishment) and two second-order factors (Task-Involving climate and Ego-Involving climate). Results: Adequate fit was reached based on model respecification. The internal consistency was found to be moderately acceptable for the high-order scales and subscales. This study also found evidence for the concurrent validity of this instrument. Conclusion: We provided little support for the multi-dimensional hierarchical structure of the translated PMCSQ-2, and suggested that the construct validity of the Ego-Climate subscale might be examined by further research.
