示範者的技能水準在觀察學習的效應

摘要

觀察學習是體育教學中最常使用的教學策略之一，在影響觀察學習的因素中又以示範者的特性受到最多的注意。過去的研究討論與示範者有關的因素包括示範者的技能水準、示範者的地位、示範者與學習者的相似性等。其中示範者的技能水準這個因素最受到普遍的重視，故本文特針對觀察學習中「示範者的技能水準」對學習效果的影響加以討論。
