節奏性動作之影響因素

摘要

「協調」是動作行爲學研究常見議題，其中節奏性動作廣受討論，游泳與跑步皆屬此類動作。過去研究常以訊息處理觀點探討動作行爲學議題，由於Bernstein觀點與訊息處理觀點的存留問題，以動態系統觀點爲基礎之研究漸漸增加，節奏性動作更是動態系統觀點探討的重點之一，其中廣受討論爲節奏性動作之相位轉移現象，以及多頻動作之動作表現，本文搜集過去對節奏性動作之研究，整理歸納節奏性動作之影響因素，其包含動作頻率、相對相位、雙手角色、注意焦點、練習、慣用手及跟隨訊號，許多議題仍有待進一步探究。
