棒球投手投球速度之生物力學探討

摘要


投球速度的表現是評估棒球投手能力的重要指標之一,而棒球投手相關的生物力學研究中,也常以球速說明與比較不同因子間對投球表現之影響,本文透過Pub Med以及EBSCO host等資料庫,整理1990至2008年之間,涉及不同因子比較之棒球投手生物力學實證研究文獻。回顧相關文獻可知,不同球路、不同投球準備動作、不同技術層級、人體測量學差異與疲勞等因素將影響球速表現。建議於速度差的配球策略中,避免前後搭配無速度差異的球路,並透過訓練上肢肩部屈曲、內旋、內收肌群及握力,以延遲球速因疲勞而下降,在投球準備動作上,不應爲了投出較高之球速,而選擇揮臂式投球動作,導致喪失對跑壘者之牽制能力。
