網球專項肌力訓練與肌力失衡之改善

摘要


面對競爭激烈的職業網壇與強力網球的盛行,多數職網選手除了正規的訓練外,早已將肌力訓練融入日常訓練中。適度的肌力訓練,不僅可以增加球員的肌力與爆發力,且對改善因網球的不對稱性動作所引起的肌力失衡現象尤爲重要。本文將介紹網球選手從事肌力與爆發力訓練時的原則與方法,並提供改善與強化普遍存在於網球選手肩關節與軀幹部位肌力不平衡的特殊性動作,以供教練在擬定訓練計畫時的參考。
