運動對高密度脂蛋白代謝與膽固醇逆向運輸之影響

摘要


要研究證實規律運動能增加血漿高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein, HDL)濃度,降低心血管疾病的風險。HDL的循環在體內膽固醇的代謝上扮演著極重要的角色。膽固醇逆向運輸(reverse transport of cholesterol, RCT)即HDL生成、循環於體內並運輸膽固醇及脂肪至肝臟代謝的過程。運動改變HDL濃度,背後意義來自於RCT 機制中參與的蛋白質如膽固醇脂轉運蛋白(cholesteryl ester transfer protein, CETP)與卵磷脂醯基轉移酶(lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase, LCAT)、肝脂解酶(hepatic lipase, HL)、脂蛋白脂解酶 (lipoprotein lipase, LPL)等酵素活性表現的改變,使得膽固醇從周邊細胞中流出(efflux)以及HDL成熟的速率加快,進而更有效率的清除體內多餘的膽固醇,降低因膽固醇堆積而引起的動脈粥狀硬化等慢性心血管疾病。
