隨著性別平等教育法的通過與性別多元理念的提昇,同志參與運動、體育領域之議題亦受到重視。本文回顧2000年至2012年間臺灣地區同志與體育運動相關學術論著之發展與關切議題,並依資料蒐集所得之14篇學位論文與5篇期刊論文,分就研究議題、方法、對象、理論等方面陳述。在研究議題方面,以運動「參與」、「訓練」與「教育脈絡」中同志族群的「認同」、「現身」、「污名」等為主,學位論文引用之理論或相關概念援引則呼應研究議題,以「同志認同發展理論」、「性別角色/刻板印象」等為多,關注同志運動參與者的性傾向認同過程與運動經驗之間的關係,而研究方法方面則依據研究議題需求多以訪談、觀察等質性研究方法取向為主。
As the passage of Gender Equity Education Act, the issues related to homosexuality and sport participation became an important topic in sport and physical education as well. The purpose of this study was to review upon academic studies of LGBT in sport participation and Physical education in Taiwan. 14 master theses and 5 journal articles were included to classify the issues of these studies since 2000. It was found that the topics were focus on the relations among sport spaces, sport teams, and career development, politics of identity and coming out strategies. And the literature of homosexual identity, gender stereotype and gender role were regularly employed as theoretical framework. As for methodologies, qualitative methods were adopted more frequently, which included interview, observation and text analysis.
