摘要

本文旨在提供實務工作者及研究者於運動領域內，發展與應用有效意象腳本的指引。透過意象相關研究文獻回顧與研究者實際研究與應用經驗，文中描述發展與應用意象腳本計畫前必須考量之因素、如何著手計畫、撰寫、不同導引方法與實施之評估。希望藉由完整陳述有效意象腳本的發展、應用與評估過程，協助意象研究者與實務工作者對意象腳本的產生、應用與評估有一明確的參考指標，並進而明瞭意象腳本發展是使用者持續參與及不斷精煉的循環過程。

The purpose of this article is to provide the guidelines for practitioners and researchers to develop and to apply effective imagery scripts in sport. With the imagery literature, the experiences of practice and practical research, this article describe the prerequisites, planning, writing, delivering, and evaluating stages of script development and application. It hope that this article can assist the researchers and practitioners to get a specific reference indication of imagery script generation, application and evaluation by using the development of complete statement effective imagery script, application and evaluation process. And, we can understand the development of the imagery script is a cyclic process consisting of sustained participation and refining of the user.
