美國健康與體育教育者學會之演進

The evolution of SHAPE America

摘要


本文旨在研究美國健康與體育教育者學會 (Society of Health and Physical Educators, SHAPEAmerica)的演進,當作我國體育教學之借鏡且提供相關組織運作之參考。尤以體育領域之知識日新月異,應成立體育聯盟或地區性組織;且與學校合辦研習或工作坊,加強健康與體能教育者的專業素養。此外,在考量我國和美國的教育制度差異後,可善用體育指導員擔任志工,以期透過學校與社會的力量,增進運動人口數目,實踐在體育課程外自主運動的理想。

This article aims to study the evolution of Society of Health and Physical Educators (SHAPE America) in order to offer references for physical education teaching and related professional organizations. Especially, the physical educational profession improves with each passing day. Therefore, it is necessary to establish physical education alliances or regional organizations. Besides, the organizations can hold learning classes or workshops with schools to strengthen the professionalism of health and physical educators. In addition, after considering the differences of educational system between Taiwan and the United States, it makes good use of fitness instructors as volunteers and combines the force of schools and our society to help people exercise regularly. The final goal is to enhance the number of population for sports and practice the ideals of independent exercises besides physical education sessions.
