In recent years, suspension training system (STS) is very popular, and widely used to improve limbs and core muscle strength in different ethnic groups. This article will discuss the different aspects of suspension training systems, chapters include: difference of suspension device design and benefit, muscle activation, benefits of long-term training, as well as the effect of different ethnic groups involved in suspension training. Currently, the related literature is still lack of integrated discussion. In this paper, by collecting the suspension training related research report, determine the suspension training to bring the benefits of sports.
