施工架斜籬替代措施之研發測試探討

Study of Development and Test of Replacement Measure for Inclined Hedges on Scaffold Systems

摘要


營造業之施工架作業死亡人數以施工架斜籬組拆、工作台未滿鋪及自工作台邊緣墜落居多,其中斜籬常於裝設或拆除相鄰斜籬主要桿件的連接橫桿時,因斜籬桿件強度不夠、斜籬支架老舊,或勞工要移位時解開安全帶掛鉤,受風力影響等而造成重心不穩,發生墜落災害。本研究為避免斜籬組拆時造成之危害,探討營建法令設置斜籬之原因及斜籬替代措施之功能,加強其安全性能並使設備與工法能完善搭配,以保障勞工的作業安全,達到減少職業災害之目的。本研究主要之研究成果,除完成斜籬之相關法規蒐集外,完成施工架斜籬之構造強度測試,以位能與動能轉換之衝擊測試,來檢驗斜籬承受荷重時各桿件之受力情況,並完成垂直防護網之試驗標準,進行垂直防護網耐貫穿及拉伸測試實驗,以訂定垂直防護網應有之構造、功能及強度標準,以提供未來開發設計斜籬及相關單位修改法規之參考。

A large number of events which workers have death when working on the construction are happened when fabricating or dismantling the inclined hedge, spreading decks fully and falling from the deck edge. The workers fall down easily when fabricating or dismantling the major connective horizontal bar of inclined hedge because the strength of the bar is not enough, the inclined hedge support bar is old, open the lock on the safety belt when moving, or influenced by wind-force. This research, in order to avoid the danger of the inclined hedge while fabricating or dismantling, will be investigated the reason of the setting up the inclined hedge and the substitutable method the of the inclined hedge to enhance the safety function. After that the equipments and laws can be matched perfectly to protect the safety of the worker and decrease the working events.The main research results include that do the inclined hedge's rule collection and complete the strength test of bars which are the main structure of the inclined hedge; do the impacting test by changing the potential energy to kinetic energy to examine the situation of receiving loads on each bar of the inclined hedge, and finish the test for fabric sheets to create the standard regulation by throwing heavy thing to the surface of the net and pulling it. According to the test result, try to build the standard for structure, function and strength to make reference to each company.
