台中市公立小學校園無障礙環境設施現況探討

The Study of Barrier-Free Environment among PublicElementary Schools in Taichung City

摘要


本研究目的在於瞭解台中市公立國民小學校園之無障礙環境設置現況與問題點,以作為各國民小學改善舊有及新建校園無障礙環境之參考。本研究利用檢核表實地調查台中市61所公立小學校園無障礙環境設施現況,調查結果顯示61所公立小學中,校園無障礙設施符合標準未達7成(65.6%),以區位來看,以中區符合標準的比例最高(71.6%),而以南區最低(54.4%),然而,各區位間之符合標準比例並無顯著差異(p=0.569)。在無障礙功能設施方面,全市公立小學以「水平移動無障礙」符合標準的比例最高(81.6%),而以「抵達無障礙」符合標準的比例最低(57.6%)。

The purpose of this study is to examine the status of educational barrier-free environment for elementary schools in Taichung city. This observation results can be applied to improve the old and new buildings in elementary campus. The status of educational barrier-free environment for elementary schools is assessed via a checklist study of 61 public elementary schools in Taichung city. The results indicated that 65.6% of school buildings and facilities have met the standards. Middle district has the highest eligible rates (71.6%), and south district has lowest eligible rates (54.4%). In term of barrier-free facilities, the highest eligible rates (81.6%) is 'barrier-free for horizontal movement', and 'barrier-free for entrances' has lowest eligible rates (57.6%).
