摘要

翼狀頸皮好發在Turner's syndrome和Ulrich-Noonan syndrome，這種先天異常起因於胎兒時雙側頸部淋巴囊異常擴張又逐漸消失所造成，它的特徵包括明顯多餘的翼狀皮，前面為光滑面，後面為毛髮面，髮線特別低，常低於第六、七頸椎，而手術治療的目標包括三點，第一要改善蹼狀的外形，第二將過低的髮線向上提，第三儘可能隱藏手術的疤痕，為避免外觀影響患者的心理發展，入學前為最佳的手術時機。

Funke in 1902 gave the name pterygium colli to congenital webbing of the neck^1, although the condition had been reported as early as 1883 by Kobylinski^2. Because these patients have an unusually low hairline with anterior extension onto the web, designing an acceptable corrective procedure has been difficult. Surgical correction should aim to reconstruct a symmetrical hairline with a normal neck contour while avoiding conspicuous scarring, especially on the lateral and posterior neck. We describe two cases of pterygium colli treated with modified Z-plasty and ellipse excision, as well as reviewing the literature.
