摘要
氣管造瘻術是頭頸部手術常用的術式之一。其主要目的是將氣管製造一個暫時性或永久性與外界相通的造瘻。氣管造瘻術的橫向切口一般定位於第二至第三氣管環之間，在造瘻完成後放入造瘻管以方便抽痰及維持呼吸。看似簡單的術式也有潛在的危險。如電燒刀柄誤觸氧氣所致的氣管內爆炸，誤傷氣管食道間膜狀部等併發症。於報告中，簡化氣管造瘻術提供了一些技巧，縮短了手術時間，降低危險度也避免了併發症的產生。

Tracheotomy is a common procedure in the head and neck surgery. A tracheostomy is an incision into the trachea that forms a temporary or permanent opening. The incision is usually transverse in the adult and runs between the second to the third tracheal ring. A tube is inserted through the opening to allow passage of air and removal of secretions instead of breathing through the nose and mouth. Whereas, the procedure can be very dangerous in some occasions such as intra-tracheal explosion due to oxygen supply from the ventilator, injury of the membranous portion between trachea and esophagus during the creation of orifice. For this, a safer and quicker way to perform tracheostomy was demonstrated in this report
