摘要

內政部統計處在國土資訊系統推動計畫下，於2012年完成統計區分類系統的建置，包括：15萬7,933個「最小統計區」、7萬7,773個「一級發布區」及9,458個「二級發布區」，使得人口社會經濟資料可以以專屬的空間單元，進行資料的彙總（aggregation）與流通，並且可以避免個資的隱私揭露。為了讓各界能夠瞭解統計區分類系統的內涵，加速其運用的面向，提昇其建置的價值，本專題報告首先說明統計區分類系統的架構與內容，接續說明資料使用管道，包括：開放資料、服務平台及網路服務等不同方式，最後以登革熱、不動產、淹水及土壤液化災害風險等議題做為應用範例，期使各界能夠掌握人口社會經濟現況，發揮統計區分類系統的應用潛力。

The Geographical statistical classification (GSC) which includes 157,933 statistical areas, 77,773 first-level dissemination areas, and 9,458 second-level dissemination areas was established in 2012. The GSC provides an alternative way of aggregating demographic and social economic data while ensuring privacy protection. This report describes the architecture and content of GSC and illustrates how to access GSC by open data, by the web portal, and by web API services. Finally, some of the applications including dengue fever prevention, vulnerable people estimation, price information of real estate transaction, and risk analysis for soil liquefaction are demonstrated. It is expected that people get acquainted with GSC and are able to make the best use of GSC.
