徒手操作治療上背痛：病例報告及Cyriax徒手操作治療法簡介
Manipulation Therapy in Treating Upper Back Pain: a case report & introducting the manipulation therapy of James Cyriax
摘要
一位31歲男性病人因復發性上背痛來院求診，在理學檢查及病史詢問後被診斷為上胸椎椎間板移位的病例。經施以徒手操作治療後，馬上重複治療前的理學檢查，發現有明顯的改善，病人也主訴症狀改善許多。本篇同時對徒手操作治療法作一簡單介紹。

A 31 y/o male adult with recurrent upper back pain was examined & diagnosed as a case of slipped disc syndrome of the upper thoracic spine. After manipulation therapy, there were both subjective & objective improvements. author also attempted to introduce to manipulation therapy to a certain extent.
