摘要

本研究之目的在於探討劇校學生尺神經損傷的情形．共有47位綜藝科同學填寫問卷及接受完整的神經傳導和針極肌電圖檢查，再探討他們產生尺神經病變的發生率、型態及嚴重程度。結果發現在94隻被檢查的手中。有29隻手(30.9%)在尺神經有異常的情況。由本研究的結果可知上肢周邊神經的運動傷害在長期倒立練功的劇校學生之中有相當高的發生率。不過其症狀和病變程度都還算輕微。由本文的發現希望能提醒傳統的藝術工作者應該提高警覺。預防過度不當的練習可能造成潛在的上肢神經傷害。並且在專業醫療人員的協助之下。必要時應進行肌電診斷檢查，以便盡早發現而給予適當的治療。

The traditional Chinese performing artist is a special group at the scope of athletic injury. Long term over-training may put excessive stress on the musculoskelelal system. The goal of this study was io evaluate the occurrence of ulnar nerve injuries in students of dramatic school.
Total of 47 dramatic school students completed the questionaire, physical examination and electromyographic study.Of 94 hands in 47 students, abnormal EMG finding was noted in 29 subjects, and the incidence rate was 30.9%.
According to the result of our electrodiagnostic study, the prevalence of ulnar nerve injuries was relatively high in dramatic students. They often used their upper extremities for vigorous weight bearing activities.such as erecting upside down and rolling on the air. Too much loading on their wrists may result in ulnar nerve entrapments.But the degree of
their discomforts and lesions usually was mild.The symptoms subsided as soon as they stopped the training activities- Demyelination was a major histopathology in the injured ulnar nerves (65%) , and axonopathy was a minor finding (50%).
We suggest that the traditional performing artists should be alert with the occult ulnar nerve injuries.The warm up activities and impact.absorbing floors must be advised before the formal performances. The professional medical staffs should be consulted if necessary. The EMG examinations are ought to be instituted for early detection in subclinical uinar nerve lesions.
