摘要

本文將遊憩據點條件定義為遊憩據點所能提供之客觀外在條件，包括資源發展型態、資源特性、住宿設施、可提供遊憩時程、交通狀況等。由於資源特性之種類繁多，因此本文先利用多變量分析方法中之數量化Ⅲ模型及群落分析法進行分類，以瞭解各遊憩據點類型之特性，再透過數量化Ⅰ模型探討遊憩據點條件對遊憩需求之影響程度。本文並以臺灣地區42處風景遊憩據點進行實証分析，結果顯示遊憩據點條件對遊憩需求之影響程度頗高，其中以資源發展型態及資源特性之影響程度最為顯著。

This paper will define the conditons of recreational site asthe external and objective conditions tobe offered by recreational site, wich include resource development pattern, resource characteristic, accommodation facility, various recreational itineraries available and transportation situations. Due to the fact that the models for resource characteristics vary a lot, this paper will first utilize quantified model Ⅲ and cluster analysis method from multi-variate analysis methods to conduct classification, then quantified model Ⅰ will be used to examine the extent of impact that can be exerted by conditions of recreational site to recreational demand. Besides, this paper will also make use of the forty-two spots of sightseeing and recreational sites around Taiwan to perform empirical analysis, and the results indicate that the conditions of recreational site exercise tremendous effect on recreational demand, and the resource developement pattern and resource characteristic are most prominent.
